1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Young in Faith digital services (the App), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Purpose of the App

Young in Faith is designed to support the Young in Faith ministry in:

  • Organizing events,

  • Managing registrations, and

  • Tracking attendance.

It is not intended for commercial use or profit-making purposes.

3. Eligibility

The App is intended for use by youth ministry participants, parents/guardians, and ministry leaders. If you are under 13, you must use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

4. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when registering.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • Ministry leaders may remove or restrict accounts if behavior is inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive.

5. Permitted Use

Users agree not to:

  • Share inappropriate, offensive, or unsafe content.

  • Misuse event attendance or registration features.

  • Attempt to hack, overload, or disrupt the App.

 

6. Nonprofit Nature

All features are provided to support faith-based community building. We do not charge for participation in the ministry through this App.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, designs, and logos within the App belong to Young in Faith or our ministry partners.

 

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or compromise the safety of other users.

 

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do our best to ensure reliability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for damages or losses related to use of the App, except as required by law.

 

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via the app/website.
